Job summary

Woodcraft Rangers in Moreno Valley is seeking a dedicated Site Coordinator to manage the logistics of after-school programs. This role involves overseeing staff, ensuring a safe environment, and coordinating schedules.

The ideal candidate should have experience supervising children and leading teams, along with relevant certifications. This is a full-time position with varied hours across school sites.

Qualifications

• FBI & DOJ Livescan clearance.
• TB Test clearance.
• First Aid & CPR Certification (provided by WR).
• 1+ years’ experience supervising a group of children in a school or recreational setting.
• 1+ years’ experience supervising or leading a team and/or a group of children in a school or recreational setting.
• AA Degree in Child Development or a related field is preferred.
• Good oral and written communication.
• Ability to use smartphone for work-related business.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program’s operations and ensure a safe environment.
• Coordinate daily after-school program schedules.
• Manage staff schedules and daily enrichment offerings.
• Ensure activities meet participants’ age and skill level.
• Collect and submit student attendance daily.
