Job summary

Southern District YMCA / Camp Lincoln, Inc. is hiring a Site Coordinator for its before- and after-school program in NH. The role leads the on-site team at multiple school sites, ensuring licensed compliance and high-quality care for children.

You will design and implement curriculum, supervise staff, and build relationships with parents and school staff while meeting fiscal and health standards. This full-time position requires scheduling flexibility and willingness to transfer as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires NH licensing knowledge or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience in licensed child care or school-age programs preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure safety and program quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and lead daily schedule and curriculum at assigned site.
• Ensure safety and security of children and address individual needs.
• Collaborate with families and school staff to support children’s development.
• Maintain attendance, files, and regulatory documentation as required.
• Provide First Aid/CPR and administer medications per NH guidelines.
• Attend events and meetings; promote program in the community.
