Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. in Sanger, TX, is seeking an Early Learning Group Leader for our after-school program. This part-time role runs 3:00 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, in a structured, high-energy environment designed to engage children after school.

You will lead activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts, prioritizing child safety, maintaining a clean space, and building strong relationships with kids, families, and school staff.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• Background check as required by state childcare licensing.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
