Job summary

Glassboro Child Development Centers is seeking a Part-Time Program Supervisor to support our school-age programs starting Fall 2026. The supervisor handles administrative tasks, licensing compliance and staffing support for our after-school operations, with a focus on safety and program quality.

• Must be able to lift 20 lbs.
• Must complete 20 hours of relevant annual training.

• Maintain confidential attendance and CACFP records for all students.

• Maintain daily contact with program and administrative staff.
• Complete duties of a Group Leader to fulfill ratio requirements.
• Report concerns to Site or Project Director.

PART TIME PROGRAM SUPERVISOR WANTED -- IS THAT YOU?

We are seeking a Program Supervisor to assist our school-age programs starting in the Fall 2026. The Program Supervisor is responsible for administrative tasks, compliance and staffing support for our school age programs and the right candidate should have at least two years experience supervising an adult team in early childhood, school age, or camp programs.

• This position is MONDAY THRU FRIDAY 2:45PM to 5:45PM for a total of 15 hours weekly, must be available Monday THRU Friday.

Requirements:

1. Experience: Two years supervision of adult team in early childhood, school age or camp program
2. Education/Certification: 60 credits, CDA, or Associates Degree in related field
3. License: Current NJ Driver License, access to automobile and valid auto insurance
4. Knowledge/Training: Childhood development and team management. Familiar with office of child care licensing requirements, age-appropriate curriculum, and continuing quality improvement tools; ability to communicate effectively to/with multiple audiences.
5. Physical/Health: Must be in good physical and mental health; able to lift 20lbs.
6. Professional Development: Must complete 20 hours of relevant annual training.
7. Work Hours/Environment: School facilities, outdoor play areas, shopping, driving a vehicle, 15 hours per week; available for occasional evening/weekend hours to meet agency goals

General Responsibilities:

1. Manage administrative tasks in accordance with Office of Child Care Licensing, Child and Adult Food Program, Americans with Disabilities Act and other relevant funding or collaboration agreements

9. Report concerns to Site or Project Director
