Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services/social services is required.
• 3+ years of experience working with youth with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
• Approved CORI, DCF, and driving background checks.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall functioning of the After School Program.
• Develop, maintain, monitor and supervise staff and service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with NCYF policies and procedures.
• Facilitate staff meetings and trainings.
• Provide clinical support and crisis intervention as needed.
