Qualifications
Master’s degree in human services/social services is required.
3+ years of experience working with youth with emotional and behavioral difficulties.
2+ years of supervisory experience preferred.
Approved CORI, DCF, and driving background checks.
Valid driver’s license.
Responsibilities
Oversee the overall functioning of the After School Program.
Develop, maintain, monitor and supervise staff and service delivery.
Ensure compliance with NCYF policies and procedures.
Facilitate staff meetings and trainings.
Provide clinical support and crisis intervention as needed.
