Key School, located in Annapolis, MD 21403, is hiring Part‑Time After School Program staff for the 2026‑2027 school year.

Position type: Part‑Time. Education level: High School or equivalent. Salary: $25.15 per hour. Hours: 3pm to 6pm, Monday through Friday, on a 10‑month schedule from August27,2026 to June10,2027.

Reporting to the Director of Before and After School Programs, staff will provide care and oversight to students, including providing a daily snack, facilitating indoor and outdoor play, and offering homework support when appropriate.

Qualifications

Physical Requirements

The position requires daily indoor and outdoor supervision of students, including play in various weather conditions. Candidates must be physically able to transition between sitting and standing, move around a mid‑size campus with uneven pavement, and manage stairs.

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly rate for this position is $25.15. Additional hours worked outside of the standard program hours will be compensated accordingly.

Work Schedule

Staff are not expected to travel outside of program hours. Any work outside of the typical program hours will be compensated.
