Job summary

Girls Inc. of Boston and Lynn is seeking a Part-Time Program Specialist in Lynn, MA to support School Age Child Care (SACC) programming during the school year (12:00 pm - 5:30 pm, Monday–Friday, up to 40 hours per week) with extended hours during summer vacation.

The role is non-exempt and pays at least $19.00 per hour. Reporting to the SACC Program Director, you will design and implement after-school and out-of-school programming for girls ages 5-13, serving as an advocate for a pro-girl

Qualifications

• High school diploma required and two years of direct service with school-age children preferred.
• Experience in program development, planning, group facilitation, and partnership building.
• Strong organizational, communication, and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team; English fluency a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan, conduct, and deliver activities for girls aged 5–13.
• Support transportation, events, snacks, and supervision as needed.
• Assist with program planning and reporting to supervisor.
• Maintain organized records and participate in staff meetings and trainings.
• Collaborate across the organization to deliver programming.
