Qualifications

• Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to become certified.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Basic computer skills for attendance and record keeping.
• Bilingual preferred to support diverse families.

Responsibilities

• Provide program emergency response management and maintain keys for medications.
• Act as the on-site contact for incidents and communicate with the coordinator.
• Obtain daily absences list and after-school notes from administrators.
• Take daily attendance for programs in PowerSchool.
• Manage and file daily sign-out sheets from providers.
• Direct questions to Proyecto Thrive Coordinator and providers as needed.
• Develop relationships with students and program staff.
• Support student behavioral needs as required.
• Ensure a safe, respectful, and diverse learning environment.
