Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking an After School Only Program Site Director for Lexington, SC, at Pleasant Hill Elementary School. Pay is $21.50 per hour for a part-time role that runs Monday–Friday 1:30 PM–6:00 PM. A $300 hiring bonus is offered to new team members.

The Site Director will lead the program, ensure a safe, engaging environment for children and staff, and foster curiosity, adventure, and belonging. Must pass background checks as required by state licensing.

Qualifications

• Associates, Bachelor's or advanced degree in early childhood education, child development, child psychology or related field with at least eighteen credit hours in child development and/or early childhood education.
• Diploma in child development/early childhood education from a state-approved institution or a child development associate credential (CDA), and one year work experience in a licensed, approved or registered child care facility.
• High School Diploma or GED, and Early Childhood Development (ECD) 101 with 1 year experience in a licensed, approved or registered child care facility. One year shall include supervision of child care staff.
