Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is seeking a School-Age Childcare Site Director for our After School Program at Highbridge Hill Elementary School in New Ipswich, NH for the 2026–2027 school year. This part-time, non-exempt role pays $18.00 per hour and follows the school calendar.

You will lead activities, supervise staff, ensure safety and quality, and communicate with families and the host school. Ideal candidates bring leadership, patience, and a passion for helping children learn through play.

Qualifications

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED/HiSET/TASC).
• Have 3 college credits in management or supervision, or 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Have 1,500 hours of experience with children in a licensed program or school.

Responsibilities

• Ensure staff and program operations meet state regulations and program policies.
• Plan and lead engaging activities aligned with the curriculum (fitness, STEAM, academics, arts, homework support).
• Oversee attendance, registration, scheduling, and staffing levels.
• Maintain communication with parents using the Playground App.
• Collaborate with the host school to support a positive team environment.
