Job summary

Healthy Kids Programs is hiring School-Age Childcare Staff for our After School Program at Highbridge Hill Elementary School in New Ipswich, NH.

This part-time, non-exempt role runs 3:25 pm to 6:00 pm, follows the school calendar, and offers employer-paid childcare and other benefits. You will help children learn through play, supervise activities, and support a safe, engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of experience working with kids under 13.
• Required health clearance, including TB screening.
• Positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and reliability.
• Physically able to bend, stretch, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate hands-on activities following the Healthy Kids Curriculum which includes fitness, STEAM, academic, art, and other group activities as well as homework completion.
• Provide a safe, healthy, and fun environment and acting as a positive role model for children in the program.
• Observe state guidelines, Healthy Kids Extended Day Program policies, and host school policies.
• Support program operations, which may include attendance records, registration, and staffing responsibilities.
