Job summary

Natick Public Schools is seeking an Assistant Site Supervisor for the ASAP Before & After School Program at Ben-Hem Elementary in Natick, MA. The role oversees daily operations, staff supervision, training, and program quality to ensure a safe, engaging environment for students.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field strongly preferred.
Four years or more of experience with youth in organized settings and 6 months of admin/supervisory experience or 3 credits in management/staff supervision.
Ability to lead large groups, communicate with families and school staff, supervise staff.
Demonstrated aptitude for work; passion for students/families; flexible and collaborative; multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Maintain enrollment lists and attendance; modify as needed.
Confirm arrival of students and ensure sign-out by guardian.
Train and supervise staff; lead weekly or bi-weekly staff meetings.
Oversee staff evaluations and timesheets; manage staff time off requests.
Develop monthly activity calendar and plans; coordinate events.
Maintain confidentiality and foster relationships with families and school personnel.
