Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in after-school programs or youth recreation.
• Ability to communicate effectively with kids and parents.
• 48+ college credits completed or pass an academic proficiency exam.
• TB test and Live Scan background check with negative result.
• Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus.
• Covid-19 vaccination documentation if required by the school.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome kids at the end of the school day.
• Organize and lead activities including homework help and enrichment.
• Join indoor and outdoor activities and create clubs.
• Maintain a safe, engaging environment following safety protocols.
• Support supervision and adapt activities to diverse needs.
