Job summary

St. Monica Catholic School is seeking an After School Care staff member for PreK through 8th grade to support a caring program after school hours. You will work under the supervision of the After School Care Coordinator and help create a safe, engaging environment for students.

The role focuses on modeling Catholic values, supervising activities, and assisting with homework time from 1st grade. Hours are 2:30 to 6:00 on school days and 11:30 to 6:00 on early release days, with responsibilities

• Caring attitude and joy for working with children.
• Able to maintain safety and discipline according to school rules.

Responsibilities

• Support and uphold the philosophy of Catholic education and the school mission.
• Model Gospel values by following teachings of the Roman Catholic Church.
• Supervise children at all times and follow safe environment guidelines.
• Maintain a positive and safe learning environment while following a set schedule.
• Schedule homework time starting in 1st grade with staff available to assist.
