Job summary

KIPP Public Schools Northern California seeks an After School Teacher/Instructor to support 60-80 students with homework and enrichment activities after school at KIPP Bridge Academy. This part-time role requires solid communication skills and experience in youth development.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of work experience in youth development organization.
• Must pass the ETS ParaPro Assessment and CBEST Exams.

Responsibilities

• Implement after school activities for students.
• Assist in documentation of program schedules and outcomes.
• Track student attendance accurately.

Skills

Strong communication skills

Education

High school diploma or equivalent

CPR/First Aid certification
