Job summary

GLOW YMCA, Inc. seeks a Site Coordinator for after-school programs serving children aged 5–12 in Geneseo, NY. This part-time role emphasizes supervision, curriculum planning, and creating a positive youth environment under the Youth Development Director.

The position runs Monday–Friday 2:00pm–6:00pm with additional meetings. Candidates must be available through end of June, with paid at-home planning hours included.

Qualifications

• Must meet OCFS educational/experience requirements as stated.
• Two years of college with related credits and two years of direct experience with children under 13, plus supervisory experience.
• OCFS credential or equivalent school-age credential required or NYS administrator credential.
• Associate degree plus two years of direct experience and supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise program activities and staff.
• Plan curriculum and daily lesson/activity plans.
• Ensure safety, attendance, health, and wellness documentation.
• Maintain positive relationships with families and partners.
