Qualifications

• Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: Coursework or degree in education, recreation, human services, or related field; one year of work experience with school-age children in a group setting.
• Experience in working with children.
• Positive communication, interaction, and work experience with diverse people.
• Experience with children with special needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct children ages 5-14 in a school-age care program.
• Ability to perform physical labor at times, including lifting up to 25 pounds.
