Westlake City Schools is seeking a School Age Childcare Instructor for Westlake Elementary School. The role involves supervising children aged 5-14 in after-school care at Westlake Elementary and Dover Intermediate Schools, with a start date around 8/17/26. The position runs 2:15 P.M.

to 6:00 P.M., offering a $14.00 hourly rate. Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent. Preferred are coursework in education or related fields, experience with children, and the ability to work

Qualifications

• Preferred: Coursework or degree in education, recreation, human services, or related field; one year of work experience with school-age children in a group setting.
• Experience in working with children.
• Positive communication, interaction, and work experience with diverse people.
• Experience with children with special needs.
