Job summary

AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking an After-school Enrichment Instructor to lead activities for students in Natomas Unified School District, Sacramento. Work Mon-Fri, 1:50-3:30 PM, with occasional additional hours on early release days.

This part-time role offers a friendly, kid‑centered environment and opportunities to inspire curiosity and confidence. The candidate will collaborate with a team to deliver engaging activities across fitness, arts, technology, and more, while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Must hold an Associate's degree or higher.
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through after-school activities in fitness, arts, technology and more.
• Work collaboratively with peers to ensure safety, engagement and a positive environment.
• Encourage creativity and intellectual curiosity by building on students' interests and talents.
• Provide a caring, family‑oriented environment where positive staff, child, and parent relationships are fostered.

After School -Part-Time

Pay: $23.00 per hour

Hours: Monday - Friday, 1:50-3:30 PM (Some early release days will require an additional hour of work)
