AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time After School Instructor for Lake Elsinore, CA. Pay is $19.00 per hour with a $300 hiring bonus. The role focuses on inspiring children, promoting curiosity, and building a warm, inclusive classroom community after school hours.

Location includes several local schools. Schedule runs 12:15 PM – 5:15 PM for elementary and 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM for middle school, with benefits for part-time staff and a tuition-discount opportunity for eligible children.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 48 college credits or passed a paraeducator exam.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.
• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.

Pay: $19.00 per hour

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping memories that children will cherish for a lifetime. Location(s):

• Ronald Reagan, Wildomar, Donald Graham, William Collier, Lakeland Village Elementary Schools, and David A. Brown Middle School.

Schedule: Elementary hours 12:15 PM – 5:15 PM; Middle school hours 2:30 PM – 5:30 PM.
