JCC Greater Boston is seeking After‑School Program Educators for our 2026‑2027 after‑school enrichment program in Cambridge, MA. As an After‑School Educator at JCC Greater Boston, you will play a key role in creating engaging and supportive experiences for children enrolled in Discovery Club, an active and entertaining after‑school program for students in grades K‑5. Supervisory: None
Schedule & Pay - This is a limited part‑time position of 5‑20 hours per week, non‑exempt. Pay rate is $20‑$23 per hour, determined by qualifications, experience, and internal equity. Work schedule typically 2 p.m. – 6 p.m. on a school‑year calendar (September – June) with onboarding in August.
Must pass state‑mandated CORI/SORI/DCF/fingerprinting background check.
Must be 18 years or older.
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be substituted at JCC’s discretion to meet minimum criteria.
Able to work in person in a busy, dynamic, and sometimes noisy environment. Must lift and carry objects weighing 30‑40 pounds, sit and kneel, and get down to eye level with children regularly.
Individuals must possess the required knowledge, skills, and abilities or be able to explain and demonstrate that the individual can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
