The National Council of Young Men’s Christian Associations of the United States of America is seeking a School Age Director to develop and implement licensed before- and after-school programs. Under the Branch Director, you will help oversee day camp operations and ensure quality youth services.

Ideal candidates bring an Associate’s degree, at least 240 hours of child care experience, and two years of supervisory leadership in youth programs, plus Wisconsin Center Director qualifications.

Qualifications

• 21 years of age or older.
• Associate degree required; field related preferred.
• Minimum 240 hours experience as a child care teacher or center director.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a youth program.
• Must meet Wisconsin Licensing qualifications for Center Director.

Responsibilities

• Develops, organizes and implements licensed before- and after-school child care programs.
• Assists Day Camp Director with oversight of licensed summer day camp programs.
