Innovation Learning is hiring a Head Coach for Platte River Academy in Highlands Ranch, CO. This part-time, after-school role leads daily program operations, oversees enrichment activities, and ensures a safe, welcoming environment for students from 3PM to 6PM, Monday through Friday.

Candidates should have at least 1 year of leadership in education or youth development, strong communication, CPR/First Aid certification, and a bachelor's degree preferred.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of leadership experience in education, childcare, youth development, recreation, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead staff while actively engaging with children.
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Child Development, Human Services, or a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily program operations and ensure a positive experience for students.
• Facilitate engaging enrichment, academic support, recreation, and character-building activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming program environment.
• Manage student attendance, transitions, and dismissal procedures.
• Supervise and support site staff; provide coaching and feedback.
• Build strong relationships with students, families, and school personnel.
