Position: After-School Program Assistants (Monte Vista South Campus)Location: Great Hearts Monte Vista South (211 Belknap Place San Antonio, TX 78212)Reports To: Campus CoordinatorFLSA Status: Part-Time; HourlyPosition Description:Part-time afternoon position responsible for greeting parents and visitors, managing the sign-out/ pick up process of students, assisting with the preparation of crafts.The Program Assistant is responsible for several administrative tasks such as administering late fees, keeping files organized, and maintaining a general awareness of after-school operations.The Program Assistant reports to the Campus Coordinator and assists them with any necessary tasks.Company Description: Great Hearts Academies is a non-profit network of charter schools dedicated to improving education by developing excelling public schools.
