Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Current enrollment in high school or a post-secondary program may be considered.
• Must meet NJ SACC licensing requirements.
• Background checks and clearances are required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and actively engage children during after-school programming.
• Assist with age-appropriate educational, enrichment, recreational, and structured play activities.
• Support children with homework and other school-related activities as directed.
• Assist with snack distribution, transitions, and daily program routines.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming program environment.
• Follow established schedules, lesson plans, routines, and program guidelines.
• Encourage positive behavior and support children’s social-emotional development.
