Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Must possess one of the following: CDA, Certificate of Mastery, 30 college hours with 15 child development hours, or a Bachelor’s with 6 child development hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Coordinator with organizing and managing the program.
• Assist with clerical work in the operation of the program.
• Maintain attendance records and child files.
• Process enrollment forms and immunization records.
• Assist with enrollment fees and tuition processing; prepare deposit sheets.
