When you join our Stowe, VT team, you'll split your time between providing 1:1 learning support to a specific student and leading fun group activities while earning $18.50 - $29.00 per hour (based on experience). There is also the potential to grow into a full-time role, after which you'll be eligible for our full-time benefits (health insurance, PTO, a retirement plan with match, etc.). As our part-time After School One-on-One Aide, you'll be working closely with a specific student with developmental delays, giving you the chance to build a close bond and make a tangible impact. You'll build up their confidence as you help tackle the areas they're struggling in and find effective learning strategies that truly match the student's needs. Through creativity and compassionate support, you'll help the student overcome their obstacles and meet their goals!
You’ll meet with the student three days per week. On the other two days, you’ll work with our after school teachers to lead students in fun adventures, outdoor activities, and creative programs. Get ready to bring up the energy and add some fun to the schooldays!
