Responsibilities

• Provide students on medical leave with daily instruction in grade-level coursework
• Instruct students with special needs according to IEPs
• Provide grades and attendance each marking period for students on home instruction
• Where applicable, administer NYS Assessments and Exams
• Provide after-school instruction: Grades K-6, 2 hours/day (up to 10 hours/week); Grades 7-12, 3 hours/day (up to 15 hours/week)
