Job summary

Nexplore is seeking a part-time instructor in Memphis to deliver in-person STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness programs to PreK-12 students, using provided training, lesson plans, and materials. The role requires arriving on time, following schedule, and maintaining site compliance while delivering engaging, standards-aligned instruction across diverse programs.

Qualifications include AA degree or higher and 2+ years of teaching; strong communication and presentation skills;

Qualifications

• AA Degree (or higher) and experience in teaching/instructing are required or preferred.
• 2+ years teaching/instructing experience (preferred).
• Great communication and presentation skills; reliable transportation; willingness to complete training.

Responsibilities

• Follow a provided schedule, arrive on time and prepared to teach; review lesson plans and materials prior to instruction; maintain site compliance.
• Deliver meaningful, standard-aligned instruction across STEM, Digital Tech, Art, Life Skills and/or Fitness.
• Engage in professional, responsive communication with the Program Success Manager and site personnel.
• Deliver instruction from Nexplore’s program library and accommodate extensions as relevant.
• Participate in family engagement efforts and support students’ learning experiences.
