Job summary

YMCA of Greater Toledo is seeking a Part-Time After School Learners Club Program Assistant to support student academic success and supervise activities. You will assist with enriching activities, help prepare meals, and collaborate with the Site Director and tutors to ensure a fun, safe learning environment.

Must be available Monday–Friday 2:30–6:30pm. Pay is $15–$18 per hour, with YMCA membership, paid time off, and early wage access as part of the benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be at least 18 years old.
• Experience in recreation, youth work, or education is valued but not required.
• Strong communication with students, parents and school staff.
• Must be available Monday-Friday 2:30-6:30pm.
