Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Toledo is hiring a Part-Time After School Learners Club Program Assistant to support student success and create a safe, engaging environment.

You will assist with enriching activities, supervise students, prepare meals, and collaborate with site staff to ensure a smooth, fun learning experience from 2:30 to 6:30pm, Monday through Friday. Must be 18+ with a high school diploma or equivalent. This role offers competitive pay and YMCA membership, PTO, and early wage access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Available Monday–Friday 2:30–6:30pm.
• Strong communication with students, parents and school staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist with enriching after-school activities and tutoring.
• Prepare meals and supervise students.
• Collaborate with Site Director and Tutors for a smooth learning experience.
• Coordinate with school staff and families to support student success.
