Job summary

The YMCA of Greater Toledo is seeking a Part-Time After School Learners Club Program Assistant. You will help children with academic activities, assist with meals, and supervise students in a safe, engaging environment.

We offer a YMCA Membership, Paid Time Off, and Early Wage Access. Must be at least 18 with a high school diploma or equivalent; college training or related experience is valued. Availability Monday–Friday 2:30–6:30pm is required.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication with students, parents, and staff.
• Positive, patient, and energetic attitude to support learning.
• Must be available Monday–Friday 2:30–6:30pm.

Responsibilities

• Support student academic success through enrichment activities.
• Assist with meal preparation and supervise students.
• Coordinate with Site Director and Tutors to ensure a smooth, fun learning experience.
