Job summary

The Mentoring Alliance is seeking an After School Program Leader to foster youth development in an after school setting by leading elementary students in enrichment activities. This part-time, non-exempt role runs 17–20 hours per week and emphasizes excellence, wholeheartedness, and making an eternal impact in the community.

The role is with a Christian ministry focused on serving kids and families. Candidates should be at least 17, have a HS diploma or GED, and be able to pass a background

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old.
• HS Diploma or GED preferred; some post-secondary training preferred.
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check
• Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued

Responsibilities

• Lead elementary students in enrichment activities after school.
• Foster youth development in a structured, supportive setting.
• Model Christian values and be a positive role model for kids.

Skills

CPR/First Aid certification

Mon-Fri 2:00-6:00 pm availability

Education
