Job summary

You will communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff, supervise assistants and volunteers, maintain accurate records, uphold safety and hygiene standards, and ensure compliance with centre policies and state regulations.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• High energy and ability to work well with staff, children, and parents.
• Strong understanding of child development.
• CPR and First Aid certification for infants/children.
• Must clear full background check and health screening.
• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities.
• Lead by example; coach teaching team for success.
• Plan activities to encourage social, cognitive and emotional growth.
• Maintain communications with parents through discussions, progress reports, and conferences.
