This part-time position supports various activities, with flexible hours up to 25 per week, designed to work around school or another job. No resume required and inclusive onboarding are highlighted.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Livescan fingerprinting and a negative TB test.
• Able to stand, walk, and stay actively engaged with kids indoors and outdoors, including lifting up to 50 lbs.

• Be the steady one who manages the room with patience and redirects with care
• Show up for parents, friendly and quick to share how their kid's day went
• Keep things running: attendance, supplies, a safe and clean space

• Plus whatever else the day needs. That's the job, and it's the fun part.

Job description

$20.00 to $25.50/hr. Part time, up to 25 hours a week, hours that can work around school or another job. No resume required; no formal childcare job experience needed.

• You've spent time with kids in any setting, a job, babysitting, tutoring, coaching, camp, or your own family, and you learned something from it
• You can hold a group's attention and gently bring them back when it wanders
