Burnet Middle School seeks a Title I After School Program Nurse for the 2026-2027 school year. The nurse will assist with student medical and emergency needs, maintain health records, and respond to injuries or illnesses with appropriate interventions.

Must hold a valid NJ nursing certification and be able to arrive at the Title I start time daily. Duties include communicating with families and maintaining required Title I data and attendance records.

Responsibilities

• The Burnet Middle School After School Program will seek a nurse to assist with student medical and emergency needs.
• Maintain all student health records.
• Assessing injuries and illnesses and responding with appropriate intervention methods.
• Communicating with parents when care is administered to students.
• Following up with families who are absent from the program.
• Maintain timely attendance, health records and any other requested Title I student data.
