Job summary

Family Service Association - Fall River is seeking enthusiastic Group Leaders for the after-school daycare program. The role begins at $17 per hour and is part-time, with 17.5 hours per week during the school year and 35 hours per week during summer and school breaks.

You will create a safe, engaging environment, plan age-appropriate activities, and work with Assistant Group Leaders to support children's growth and social development.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old
• Experience with school-age children preferred
• Ability to plan and lead age-appropriate activities

Responsibilities

• Supervise children and maintain a safe, structured program environment.
• Engage with children through play and activities to support participation and social development.
• Plan and implement daily activities with support from assistants.
• Submit lesson plans and program documents on time with team input.
• Maintain equipment and daycare property and communicate updates to the team.
