Qualifications

• Able to plan and carry out assignments independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication with stakeholders and families.

Responsibilities

• Provide homework help, supervise children in after-school programs.
• Develop project-based, hands-on lessons with leadership support.
• Support showcases and exhibits to share student work with families.
• Maintain positive relationships with participants, families, and school staff.
• Take daily attendance and manage program supplies.
• Implement behavior management systems and acknowledge positive behavior.
