Job summary

AlphaBEST Education in Dallas, TX is seeking a part-time Group Leader for after-school programs. Earn $15.00 per hour, 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm, Monday through Friday, with no weekend shifts.

Help deliver engaging activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker and Arts while ensuring student safety. You must be at least 18, have a high school diploma, be able to lift up to 25 pounds, and pass a state background check.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check as required by state childcare licensing agency.

Responsibilities

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts).
• Make child safety the top priority at all times.
• Keep the space clean and organized.
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included.
• Build strong relationships with teammates, kids, families, and school staff.
