Job summary

AlphaBEST Education is seeking an Early Learning Professional to lead an after-school group in Pilot Point, TX. The role is part-time, 2:30 pm to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday, with no weekends, and pays $15.00 per hour.

You will guide students through daily activities across world languages, STEAM, fitness, Maker, and arts, while prioritizing child safety and maintaining a clean, organized space. Building strong relationships with families and school staff is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• Must pass a background check as required by the state childcare licensing agency.
