Job summary

AlphaBEST Education in Argyle, TX is seeking a part-time Group Leader for after-school programs from 3:00 pm to 6:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Pay is $15.00 per hour.

You will guide students through curriculum activities across World Languages, STEAM, Fitness, Maker, and Arts, while prioritizing safety and organization. The role emphasizes building positive relationships with kids, families, and school staff. A high school diploma and being 18+ are required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds).
• Background check as required by the state childcare licensing agency.
