Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in a student-related field (Elementary/Secondary Education, etc.).
• Experience with instructional planning and classroom management is implied by duties.
• Proficiency in coordinating after-school curricula and activities.

Responsibilities

• Provides curricula required by the state of West Virginia and the Morgan County Board of Education.
• Implements an instructional management system to maximize student learning.
• Prepares and implements lesson plans with ready-to-use materials and clear objectives.
• Directs and supervises students to stay on task and use reading/writing strategies.
• Maximizes student time on task and integrates technology to augment achievement.
• Monitors student progress and maintains records; provides feedback to students.
