Artportunity Knocks Inc. seeks an enthusiastic Esports Program Instructor/Coach to lead after-school esports sessions across the Atlanta metro area. You will teach fundamentals of competitive gaming, foster teamwork, and guide students in content creation and career exposure within the esports industry.

Qualifications

• Background in esports, gaming, coaching, or related digital media field.
• Familiarity with competitive gaming titles, genres, and strategy.
• Experience mentoring or working with youth preferred.
• Knowledge of streaming platforms, gaming hardware, and content creation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Teach fundamentals of competitive gaming across FPS, MOBA, sports sim, and battle royale.
• Educate students about roles within the esports ecosystem (players, coaches, analysts, streamers, staff).
• Develop strategic thinking, decision making, and game awareness.
