Job summary

Mentoring Alliance is seeking a Part Time Daycare Worker to lead elementary students in enrichment activities after school. The role is non-exempt, part-time (about 17–20 hours/week) in Bullard, TX and emphasizes faith-based ministry and positive youth development.

Ideal candidates are 17+, have a HS diploma or GED, CPR/First Aid certification, a valid ID/driver’s license, and the ability to pass a background check. Spanish-speaking is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Agree with and follow the faith statement of Mentoring Alliance.
• Must be at least 17 years old with HS diploma or GED preferred.
• Interest and experience with elementary school-aged children is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enrichment activities for elementary students after school.
• Support youth development in a Christian ministry setting.
