AlphaBEST Education, Inc. is seeking a Part-Time After School Instructor/ Primary School Professional for Lake Elsinore, CA. Pay is $19.00 per hour and a $300 Hiring Bonus for the 2026-2027 school year.

The role involves leading activities in fitness, the arts, technology, and more, helping spark curiosity and a sense of belonging among students. You’ll work with elementary and middle school students after school, with hours roughly 12:15 PM–5:15 PM and 2:30 PM–5:30 PM as per schedule.

Qualifications

• Must have completed 48 college credits or passed a paraeducator exam.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have or be willing to obtain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs.

Location(s):

• Ronald Reagan, Wildomar, Donald Graham, William Collier, Lakeland Village Elementary Schools, and David A. Brown Middle School.

Schedule:

Elementary hours 12:15 PM - 5:15 PM; Middle school hours 2:30 PM - 5:30 PM.

Here’s what you'll need:

• Must have completed 48 college credits or passed a paraeducator exam.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Proof of experience as required by state childcare licensing regulations.
