Qualifications

High school diploma or GED required.
Ability to facilitate structured academic and enrichment activities.
Ability to work effectively with students individually and in groups.
Ability to follow lesson plans, activity plans, curriculum, and program guidelines.
Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain appropriate student supervision and a positive learning environment.

Responsibilities

Provide direct instructional and enrichment support to students in the 21st CCLC program.
Assist with delivering structured activities during before/after school, intersession, and summer programs.
Work with Site Coordinator or certified staff to facilitate learning activities aligned with grant goals.
