Job summary

Childrens Home Society of Florida seeks an Expanded Learning Coordinator to lead Community Partnership School extended learning programs and related enrichment activities across Florida. This role involves coordinating before-, during-, and after-school activities, developing educational and recreational programming, and maintaining essential documentation.

• Education and licenses as stated, including Bachelor's or equivalent.
• Experience in school or community settings preferred.
• Strong planning, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee extended learning and enrichment programs for Community Partnership Schools.
• Develop and implement before-, during-, and after-school activities including academic, cultural, and recreational programs.
• Maintain attendance, paperwork, and program data; ensure safety and transport logistics where needed.
• Foster partnerships with schools, community organizations, and staff; lead meetings and trainings.
• Support program evaluation, reporting, and compliance with policies.
