Job description

Talentkids Academy is seeking to fill full-time and part-time positions with team-oriented individuals that are Early Childhood Lead Teachers, Level 3, who have a passion for young children.

Responsibilities:

• Previous experience working with children in a licensed or accredited daycare, childcare center, ECE Qualified Level 3 Lead Teacher.
• Coordinating the curriculum and managing the day-to-day operational activities of the classroom.
• Behavior management, parent communication, health and safety in the classroom.
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ensure all center policies and state regulations are met.
• Must be dependable, flexible, and reliable.
• Must pass background checks.
• CPR and First Aid Certifications or willingness to obtain.
• Be familiar and able to maintain PDIS (Early Childhood Professional Development Information System) records and Colorado Shines guidelines.
• Must meet Colorado minimum Rules and Regulations for Lead Teachers. Additional coursework may be required based on classroom assignment.
