Mentoring Alliance is seeking ministry-minded individuals to join its After School team as Part Time Daycare Worker. The role focuses on fostering youth development by leading elementary students in enrichment activities in the after-school setting.

Ideal candidates are devoted to excellence and willing to become a role model in the community, with CPR/First Aid certification and ability to pass a background check. The position is non-exempt and part-time, averaging 17–20 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 17 years old; High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Pass Mandatory Background/Sex offender check
• Spanish-speaking ability greatly valued
