Qualifications

• Must have Federal Work Study and reliable transportation to locations 20-30 mins away from Belmont.
• Background in dance sufficient to participate in children's classes; backup ability to assist instructor if needed.
• Experience working with children in large group settings; diverse backgrounds.
• Punctual, reliable, and responsible; act as a role model for students.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead teacher with children's dance classes, helping demonstrate proper class participation.
• Shifts available during after-school hours (3:00-7:30 PM) on weekdays, and Saturday mornings.
• Assist at all four Rejoice locations: East Nashville, Hadley Park Community Center, Barefoot Republic Community Center, and Smith Springs Community Center.
• Ability to participate in children's dance class, getting up and down off the floor, and being on feet for 45-60 minutes.
